We stayed here for 2 nights and our stay was great. The receptionist was especially great and always went above and beyond whenever we would ask for things. For example, we asked to ride the bikes late in the evening and he went and got them and adjusted all the seats and made sure they all had lights on. When one didn’t, we had our own light that he went and got something to secure it to the bike. When we had to leave, it was quite early and we needed our clothes washed so he organised it to be...

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Can book tours directly from the front desk and rent scooters. In the centre of town with lots of restaurant options around and close to the caves. Definitely would recommend if you're visiting Phong Nha!

Fantastic hotel. Quiet location. Out of town but only £3 in a taxi. Worth the distance to have such a peaceful hotel.
