"I hate to leave a poor review because there were some things we liked about this place including its proximity to the river and the nearby covered picnic and stage area. However the sheets on the beds were not clean, and there are some areas where the owners need to reinvest/rebuild a bit such as the sink. It's a decent roadside motel, and the staff are nice."

"I did notice the baseboards in the bathroom were full of dust, pubic hair and bobby pins. Definitely an area that could be improved. The location and restaurant were great. The house margarita tasted like tequilla and water with not much of a citrus flavor. - If that's your style you will love them! Overall the visit was great! We will be back!!"

"The pictures that are shown on Expedia’s website must be back from 1960 when the place was maybe new I don’t know when it was established, but I would love to post pictures of what this place looks like now it’s out in the middle of nowhere no security run down disappointed doesn’t capture my feelings had I not been with two other women I would have left the property. I barely slept four hours. My advice don’t go not to this place anyway."

"This is a fabulous little suite surrounded by trees in a pretty garden frequented by the local bird life and is located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy highway access to the tourist areas. There's also a hot tub and BBQ. The proprietors are friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The rooms are spotless. They provide everything, and more, that the average traveller would need. "
