It was not open when I stopped by but there are a few rail cars outside. Poplar has a train rich history.

This was a cool little town to stop in and take pictures. Lot's of wall murals for some reason, and some very cool architecture. Worth the stop and be sure and enjoy a lunch at Hayden's Drive-In !

"We were greeted by a pleasant young clerk, with a smile, and very helpful. Our room was on the 2nd floor, our room was clean, with microwave n a mini fridge. The breakfast bar was good,and you get silverware and plates. No plastic utensils and no paperplates. It was a great stay. Thank you!"
