However what I didn’t factor in was the size and number of guests. Having stayed the previous night in a small 5* hotel, I found the noise and crowds rather overwhelming "

"Stayed at Walton Lodge as a stop-off to visit Hampton Court Palace. Fabulous location - we were blessed with the hottest day of the year so far (April’26) which allowed us to sit out and appreciate the river views in the evening. Rooms were clean ours was a bit hot but a fan was included. Chatted to a fellow resident and agree that the place needs some TLC however would stay again if visiting this part of London Town."
