"The property was beautiful so many amazing things to see. The rooms were very roomy. I do have a few mi or complaints. There is not much direction getting around the property. We walked in circle up and fine stairs. No maps were offered to us. When we finally found the lobby again we asked for a map which helped a lot. The resort was pretty empty I did feel there was not much to do in the way of entertainment during the day. Hardly any interaction with the staff."

"Had a wonderful, relaxing time at the Grande Haven. From beginning to end. Ms Yvonne was the perfect host. She made sure we (5) were all comfortable and took good care of us. She was so accommodating and shared with us local fruits I never ever heard about, being a Jamaican. Mr Morris is an exceptional chef, the food he prepared was "finger lickin" good mmm!!. "This place is beautiful. The view from the back door is stunning. I had no trouble gaining access. I sent the owner a message the day before arrival and she sent the code within minutes. The property is gated with a security guard 24 hours a day. There is plenty of parking. The only complaint I have is that I wish the gym area was air conditioned. It was too hot in there even before sunrise."
