"The Escape Resort is the perfect getaway for the couple whose primary purpose is rest and relaxation. Very peaceful with a nice bay backdrop. The room was adequate and the plunge pool was great. Be mindful that traversing from the Resort via taxi will be costly as the area feels far from everything. My recommendation is to rent a car if you want to explore. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The food selection was very basic especially at breakfast time. I would recommended more variety...

"The bedroom is simple, but clean and a very comfortable bed. Judith is always smiling and very accommodating. We really liked the fact that they have a small café so we could eat on the premises. We would have appreciated a couple more bottles of water in the fridge but we know drinking water is an issue in Antigua. Our only issue was the distance. (About a 20 min. taxi ride.) If you are looking for a budget friendly place we highly recommend it."
