"Overall we had a comfortable stay with our dogs. Room was spacious with a fridge, ac, excellent shower and big comfortable bed. Although this is noted down as 4 star its probably more 3 star and hotel and grounds require some upgrading. Most disappointing for us was the outdoor pool which was dirty and not fit to swim in. Last year when we stayed the pool was very clean and inviting. We used the SPA inside this year which was good although very warm."

Me impresionó mucho la calidad de la cocina,excelente!!!!! Y desde que se llega se nota la cercania que transmiten en el servicio, las chicas con muy ,muy buena atencion lo explican todo... "The hotel is lovely, in a quaint, old stone home, beautiful flowers in the garden, quiet, and free on-site parking. However, the hotel suffers from mold. If you have a mold allergy, as we did, this is definitely not a place you should stay. Lots of storage space in the room, which was nice, and the beds were very comfortable. "This is a fully virtual check-in experience, first for me. The location is fully in the busy downtown Santander business district. Street parking can be a challenge, and it is meter paid. There are also paid parking lots available. Lots of restaurants and urban amenities. The room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. This is a great value."
