"Upon arrival, check in was suppose to be at 3pm. The hotel staff had us waiting 2 hours, we ended up checking in at 5pm. San Andres locals are not very friendly and lack customer service. The room's ac did not work properly and the bathroom door was broken. There's a restaurant in sight, the food is way overpriced. There are no other restaurants in the area leaving you no other option than to have to eat there, unless you grab a taxi to where all the restaurants are which is about a 20min car...

is awesome. Only thing to improve is that the Hotel feels old. Needs renovations on some areas (i.e. closet doors, etc.). The servers need to improve their speed when fulfilling an order. Service overall is slow, but good"

"Our toilet took forever to recharge , seemed like we didn’t have enough towels everyday . The beach is average , pretty weedy . Wish there were more options for food , there was lengthy delays to get omelettes and other food and seemed like they were cross contaminating the food . Other than that it was a decent hotel the entertainment was good"
