"Our first room was directly across from the bar and extremely loud at night. The hotel was great about moving us to a different room the following day though. Neither room had more than one outlet to plug in chargers without unplugging lamps. Hair dryer did not work in the second room and the A/C was not great either. Buffet food was amazing though and all staff was very friendly and nice the whole time we were there. The beach was clean and beautiful. "

"An amazing place, idyllic beach with plenty of pools and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The room (more like an apartment) was great, very clean and lovely cleaning staff who put extra effort in. The restaurants are quite expensive and probably not worth the price, but there are enough other options within a 5 minute walk, so this isn’t a problem. The hotel grounds and beach are beautiful. "El sitio en general es bueno al igual que las habitaciones. Me fue muy bien con el check-in a pesar que llegué a la madrugada y en eso fueron diligentes. Les falta MUCHO en servicio y velocidad. El servicio es lento, la comida tarda por horas y pareciera que no están preparados para atender mucha gente al tiempo. Aunque nos colaboraron para ir a la playa, no es cierto que haya un club de playa y que el transporte sea en cualquier momento. Hay que pedirlo y esperar que esté disponible."

"Great staff, Miguel was awesome. Across from the beach. Near restaurants and convenience store. The room had a fridge and stove. Kitchen and furniture need an update ASAP. Also need to enforce rules at the pool. When locals arrive there’s no more peace and quiet, they take glass bottles to the pool putting in danger everybody else. They also turn on loud speakers with no regard to other guests. "
