"The resort was great! We stayed on the adult only side of the resort as there is a kid friendly side as well. The pools were very well kept and the staff were awesome! Everyone was very polite and easy to talk too. The breakfast buffet was great, there are 2 different ones that we tried at the resort and we loved all the options that were available and same thing for dinner. We did book reservations for the restaurant as well and had some delicious food! It was so hard to leave, 10/10 want to...

"Very slow check-in due to incompetent staff (and the lack of a proper front desk). Spacious and quiet room, but just OK for the price. No black-out curtains. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Lift does not work. Remote area far from everything. No beach on premises. Bare amenities (just 2 small bars of soap). No hot water."
