"We loved our stay at Icon Hotel! It’s a great location, right by a metro station, and the neighborhood is lively and safe. The rooftop bar has a beautiful hire, great drinks, and amazing service (especially Marcello!). The onsite restaurant is delicious. Rooms are spacious, have great views, and housekeeping is prompt and excellent (especially Jazmin). "

"Muy buenas habitaciones. Extraordinario servicio. Maravillosa ubicación. Buen desayuno bufet y muy buena variedad en carta. Muy buena coctelería. Servicio de habitaciones muy bueno. Es un hotel que se disfruta. Pero lo mucho mucho mucho mucho mejor además de sus deluciosas camas, fue su espectacular equipo de anfitriones. Todos. Desde que te recogen en el aeropuerto. Te reciben en recepción con una alegría que parece que regresaste a casa. A todo le encuentean una solución y su único propósuto...

"Hotel se aprecia mejor en las fotos que en la realidad, priorizan espacios como terrazas y restaurant para eventos que huespedes. Aseo habitacion tarde, volvi a las 16:00 hrs y aún no realizaban limpieza, recepcion poco empatica, no hay estacionamiento fuera ni para recogida..no volvería.."

"Conveniently located, helpful staff, room and amenities were as described. Our room had a nice view overlooking the library and Santa Lucia Hill. However, our key cards malfunctioned frequently, and this seemed to be a common problem for other guests as well."

"The hotel is very well located, Las Condes is a beautiful and convenient neighborhood. The staff is friendly, though not exceptionally so. As for the hotel itself, it feels like it has seen better days.
