"Breakfast and staff friendliness was amazing throughout our stay. When we checked in there was a line to the door of people waiting and no one at the front desk. I’m sure the gal working was busy helping someone somewhere. The hotel was very cramped, dark and dirty. I understand they were fully booked for a softball tournament. The moment we walked into our room it reeked of animal urine. We immediately asked for a different room and were told they were completely sold out. We attempted to move to a different hotel but everything in the entire town was sold out until Monday. We stayed just until we could get into another hotel that day so threw away $1,000. They had NO towels. We are 2 girls who were very sweaty and dirty and couldn’t get towels/wash cloths for showering or doing dishes. It was just gross and swampy.
Everyone was super friendly, just the hotel itself was so gross. The weight room was very water damaged, moldy, had no cleaner, wipes or towels, the tv had been taken down. I would never book here again, unfortunately."
