"こちらにお世話になったのは２度目です。前日にチェックインのメールがあり、質問等あればすぐに返信してくれるので心配はありません。今回はチェックインのときに係の方がいらしていて丁寧にサポートして下さいました。お部屋は清潔感があり、キッチンや洗濯機があります。マンションの一室なのでトイレとお風呂が別々なのもうれしいです。立地も桜川の駅から5分ほどですし、難波までも歩いて行けそうな距離です。ホテルの前にバス停もあるので海遊館などにもバス一本で行けます。滞在中は快適に過ごせました。また宿泊したいホテルです。"

"Our appartement for 3 peolple was rather spacious et could fit 4 peolple if you use the sofa (if allowed by tenants). The washing machine inside the appartement is really handy and you coud even dry a few clothes inside the bathroom as there is a ventilation system with a drying option with warm air. There is also a drying rack on the balcony. Just mind to wash small load of clothes at a time instead cumulating a larger load. Refrigerator, freezer, mini kitchen, microwave, air conditioning... ...

"I was impressed, this place exceeds my expectations on every aspects. I would definitely recommend my friends when they travel to Osaka. Nice location, in a quieter neighbourhood but close to subway and convenience stores. "

"Wonderful stay. Hands down best hotel our family of 4 stayed on our Japan trip. Brand new hotel, was hesitant to stay and booked last minute with only a couple reviews. So glad we did, super clean, modern and wonderful hotel staff. Would give 10 stars if we could. Booked the 2 bedroom suite and it felt like home, by far the largest hotel room we had during our Osaka stay. Thank you 30 Pieces Namba !"

"We got to see the lights and locals from our floor. "

"The flat was very easy to find and access with clear instructions from owners. Direct metro link to shin-osaka station and 5min walk thereafter. Easy to get around to all the tourist attractions including universal studios, castle and dontonbori. Great area to base yourself. Flat had everything we needed for a 5 night stay, it was secure and clear instructions given for an easy stay.
