"We enjoyed our two nights a Hu. Hotel. The location is fantastic. For a downtown hotel the parking arrangement at a garage across the street is convenient (although expensive). The staff (and particularly the concierge Dedrick) were extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Disappointed no staff were present the two times I stopped in the morning. Breakfast area is clean and inviting. However, the food was subpar. Fruit was not fresh and the coffee lukewarm. I will stay at this property again and trust my experience wasn’t typical."

"Great Location! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I rated the physical condition of the property very good instead of excellent because there were some big stains on the hallway carpet on the second floor and the trim was coming off the bathroom barn door. Also, I found a capsule on a chair that the previous housekeeper had missed. All in all I had a good stay and would come back."

"Rooms were clean, breakfast is exactly what you pay for. But the hotel had horrible management. Had an issue with my reservation, booked 2 nights by accident. They canceled my whole stay and charged me for the 2 nights. When confronted, they said they didn’t have my number to call me and tell me so, so they canceled my stay"

Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars hung up because of this and I’m being told that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and back to me. Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so...
