"I have stayed in some of the most amazing hotels in the world; I have never been so relaxed in a hotel. Don't miss out."

"The location is good but the hotel is very dated."

"Room was clean, restaurant was good, and the employees were very helpful."

"They closed the restaurant on a Sunday night when the hotel was full of customers attending a three day event, leaving all these people with one dining option and a small grab and go. It was chaotic."

"Not one Bottle of complimentary water."

"Room was large and clean. We requested top floor away from the freeway and got neither. Very loud road nosie.Breakfast was horrible and dried out. Elevator and washing machine both out of order. Diffenetly not up to BW standards."

"Excellent downtown location"

"Would stay here again!"

"The employees were absolutely wonderful. My room had a slight smell to it, luckily I had some spray in my trunk. Secondly, the breakfast was absolutely horrible! The lady who was peparing the breakfast would not replace the omelets until they were all gone. There were about two left and they were cold and hard. I never asked her for more omelets, because I wanted to see what she was going to do. I waited for about twenty minutes then I left. All the food seemed to be generic, which is fine...

"Very clean, updated with plenty of options for food and beverage."

"When we arrived, there was still a dirty towel on the balcony. Also, the televisions and tv platforms need to be upgraded. Dish Network had very limited tv programming & there was no way to stream on other platforms like Hulu, Netflix, or Disney Plus due to the outdated, non-Smart TVs, which was disappointing!"

"This is a 5 Star hotel! Great location, huge room, secure, covered parking. located a couple blocks from downtown, this hotel is perfect. Clean, safe, staff communication amazing. our 2nd time staying here in 2 years. next time in Memphis, we will stay again. thank you @the stallion!"
