"Service impeccable et infrastructures rénovées Merveilleuse semaine passée dans cet hôtel Tout étau parfait"

"Hotel is lovely, great facility, Great Pool, Great bars and the pool and bar staff were great. It’s a good buffet and good all inclusive. Downsides: It was very difficult to book any of the à la carte restaurants at a sensible time. My room spelled a bit foisty. Our dressing gowns were damp on arrival. We ran out of shower gel which wasn’t topped up. The WiFi is atrocious. I asked to cancel my last night on the day I arrived. I am still awaiting a response from the hotel and Expedia on...

"Absolutely terrible place to stay. Please take this warning and find somewhere better to stay. It was honestly horrible, it’s one of the worst places I’ve stayed in, in the world, and I’ve travelled to almost every continent. 1. Very poor service. At breakfast there will be no plates, cutlery or water. Staff will be standing around, doing nothing, you then have to ask staff to bring that for you. No one seems to take initiative and they’re very inattentive. 2. Very dirty/poor housekeeping....

"We had a lovely stay at the Riu, everything was clean and well kept, the food was great and the staff were really friendly. However the reception and shop staff were less friendly almost to the point of being funny! But would fully recommend."

"Die Anlage ist sehr schön, Der grosse und ruhige Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Frühstück war sehr gut, auch an der Poolbar ist das Essen gut. Die Anlage war zu beginn nicht gut gereinigt, wurde aber rasch nachgebessert."

"Nice food daily changed. Many swimming pools. Amazing staff. Just a little quieter off peak. Booked a room with private pool - but turned out it was a sharing pool and NOT a pool. It was shallow 30cm. So that’s wrongly advertised and beware. When checking out the reception staff accused us of stealing towel cards which was ridiculous and that ruined our experience right at the end. Apart from that it was a great trip"

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit wunderschönem Strand! Nicht zu groß!"

"Nous avons préféré payer plus cher et prendre une chambre de luxe face piscine et mer, et nous étions pleinement satisfait. Le petit déjeuner était très moyen, le personnel était désorganisé et dépassé, il manquait même de vaisselle propre et il fallait attendre des tasses propres pour se servir un café. Sinon en dehors du petit déjeuner, Restauration excessivement cher dans cet hôtel, et aucune animation."

"The female reception staff was rude, unkind and not helpful; This was my tenth time in Marokko and my worst experience; I will never recommend a Riu hotel to my friends. However, staff at dinner time was friendly, as was the male reception staff."

"Positive: good location and the price of the hotel was okay Negative: poor restaurant service, couldn’t find clean tables, poor choice of food, not much choice of drinks at the bar, in case of bad weather there’s no bar or lounge to chill. You have to give deposit for pool towel!! I would give this hotel 3* only"

"Extremely slow poor service Multiple issues with toilets Staff unresponsive"
