"Staff are lovely and welcoming. Room was clean when we arrived and breakfast buffet had a good choice and was replenished regularly. Watch out for the option to not have your room serviced some days. We opted for this as it was a short stay and didn't realise that it meant not even the bins were emptied. Staying with a baby, we were glad not to have been staying any longer! I'm sure they would have emptied the bins if we'd asked though, the staff really were ever so helpful."

"We were upgraded to a superior room which spacious and well appointed. Only slight negatives were the dust at the bottom of bathroom door frame and the hot water from the tap was too hot Staff were very friendly and chatty"

"Beautiful and very spacious apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. King bed and bunk beds in separate bedrooms. Bathroom has bath and separate shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely time and would come back. It’s convenient for the Cotswolds, Bath, Bristol and lovely countryside and villages nearby, and not far from the M4 - though it’s in a quiet little village. The pub itself is lovely too. "

"The hotel was very clean the staff were very helpful and friendly the food was very nice we ate in the bar area it was very relaxed. If I had one negative it was thst the bed was a little hard it could have done with a mattress topper. "
