"the reception staff were welcoming and informative, We had a clean, spacious bedroom with all the facilities of coffee, tea, TV etc. The breakfast selection was good, although they had run out of bacon half an hour before breakfast was over..
The hotel is located near a bus stop into Lichfield city so it was very handy for us."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, the reception was clean and safe and the room looked good.
Unfortunately the en suite was of poor quality and had spiderwebs and dirt everywhere, a load of pubes and splash stains over the toilet, obviously meaning it hasnt been cleaned for a while, let alone up to the "covid safe" state required. Couldn't do anything about it as we didnt get to see it properly until the next morning.
The mattress also felt like it was at the end of its life. It was a spring...

"We were greated by a friendly recepcionist who was very helpful and polite. The bedroom was clean and spacious with everything needed for a short stay. The buffet style breadfast was plentiful and well cooked.
The hotel is very close to the centre of town.
Ideal if going to the Regent Theatre as it is only a short 5 minute walk away.
Would recommend this hotel if staying in Stoke"
