"Front desk took my identification. Booked and ran my card under someone else. I was in the hotel for 5 hours and charged over $300.00 from the hotel after already paying upfront on Expedia. The room has an old hotel odor. Run from this place."

"Everything was okay except the lady working during breakfast. She was exceptional. The coffee ran low and when i asked about it, she asked if i could wait 5 minutes and got to it immediately even though she was cleaning up the breakfast room and sweeping up debris."

"Room#305 Cons:Floors weren’t clean. Shower curtain was dingy. Tub was stained. Patched walls in bathroom needing painted. A/C was loudly rattling every time it kicked on AND not cooling properly. Breakfast staff looked unclean. No uniform, no hairnet, no gloves. Their “store” had only a few drinks and frozen pot pies. Pros:Registration Desk staff were both friendly and pleasant. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean."

"Unfortunately, our experience started off very poorly. The key cards for the first room we were assigned would not work, so we had to return to the front desk and were assigned a second room. When we entered that room, we found what appeared to be extensive mold or mildew along the baseboards as well as white fuzzy/powdery growth on the furniture. It was concerning enough that we were not comfortable staying in the room. I will give credit to the desk clerk for taking our concerns seriously....

"My room had a 12 inch toilet, so I had to use the restroom down the hall for a week! The breakfast was not great it was very limited. Baymont has a much better breakfast. There was a Sasquatch in the room above me that made so much stomping noise it was hard to sleep. I will never stay at a Super 8 ever again..."

"The back door lock was broken and anyone could enter the building. Did not feel that was safe. The room was stuffy, along with the entire building. I was told it was a newer building in last year, but seems it was an older building with a possible upgrade in last year. The bed was VERY comfortable! The room was very clean. Once we got it cooled off, our night was good, however, we weren't able to stay long, just really a good quick sleep and shower, which was good also. The staff was very kind...

"The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good. Everything was good except our room. When we opened the door the smell shocked us. The carpet was disgusting. We would not stay there again"
