"I love CitizenM and the one in Boston didn't disappoint. The check in staff (it is self check-in, but they always come over to help) and the staff in the "canteen" were wonderfully friendly to a tired traveler."

"The hotel was great. Rooms super comfy. Staff was super friendly. The location is not that great considering the nearest train station is 18 minutes walking distance away. Super easy to grab Lyft or Uber. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which was super good for our morning coffee. Overall good value just consider other options Downtown if you are on a budget for transportation options. "
