"honestly the property was nice but lacked some necessities like a kettle and conditioner, we called the front service and they were very rude about it but they brought up a kettle for us. when we asked why they didn't have these stuff they told us it wasn't in our room type. i understand but they could've been nicer when they told us, and mind you when i was talking to them i was super respectful. "The property itself is gorgeous and well equipped. I booked for 1 night and only if I have more time to spend in the hotel.
