When I called to book this hotel I was asked about the pool party & was told that only hotel guest would be allowed to attend the pool party (no outside guest). That was not true they were letting non hotel guest in for 30.00 a person. This was very disappointing due to my family not being able to enjoy the pool due to sooooo many people…."

"Avoid this place. I know they were doing remodeling, but the blonde lady was obnoxious, berating delivery drivers and such for not knowing how to deliver when the main entrance is closed. We booked a room with complimentary breakfast and the blonde lady told me breakfast was extra. We got a gouge on our rental car bcz hotel staff left the door to the dumpster wide open, obstructing the narrow drive to get to the main road. It was just a horrible experience. We’ll be back in San Antonio to finish...
