"Absolutely an amazing resort in Phuket. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and well decorated with cozy couches, and a seating area on the balcony as well as a soak tub. 2 min walk to the beach with a ton of restaurants, massage parlors, and shops on the strip. Must book a reservation at Black Ginger restaurant, Rivet Restaurant, and the brunch they host on Sundays. They also do a BBQ on Wednesday nights so reserve that as well. I'm leaving 10lbs heavier...

Yes there is a bus to the beach , which is great , but other than that if you walk out of the hotel you may struggle to find anything . This is the perfect place to land at the airport , stay 2 or 3 nights and move on ,"

"Excellent stay at the border of Naithon beach (NW Phuket). We went in May 2024, so low season, between the hot and the rainy season (with a bit of both). The beach itself is so-so (yellow sand, no shades, no seats or umbrellas, some washed-up plastics (like everywhere), some dead jellyfish. "Perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. The property has everything you need from food and drinks, pool, to bikes to go to the shopping mall. Plus the staff is beyond amazing!!! Definitely would stay again. "

"This is a solid hotel with friendly staff. However it was quite difficult to make a reservation for an airport shuttle and a more enhanced safeguarding protocols for the kids club would make this an excellent stay (buzzer to contact parents, listing allergies during kids club registration etc). The rooms were a little tired but for the price it was fine. There were some room renovations so upgrading is ongoing. The ‘kids eat free’ makes this a very affordable stay and the quality of food...
