"The room was spotless. What stood out to me was the courteous professional and highly intelligent staff , eager to help me in any way they could. I witnessed Manveep deal with a rude and obnoxious customer who blamed her for a mistake the client had made. Manveep was poised, polite and professional. Like a pro, she sucked it up and did her job with the utmost courtesy. All the staff were helpful, using their phones to look up hours of operation for stores and other businesses, sharing their local knowledge, always offering to help. The hotel is lucky to have them. I thought the hotel was brand new but a staff member told me proudly that they all work to keep it that way. Great stay, great place. Many guests in Timmins for shopping or attending Christmas parties were happy and friendly a reflection of how great a host your hotel is. The large evening gatherings of parents children friends and relatives in that large breakfast room reminded me of the warmth and love of my mother’s house. You are a successful hotel. You got it in spades. I felt at home and welcomed, . "

"Room was spotless but not the room i expected as I booked a suite the one given to me had everything in one room with a small divider dividing the couch from the bed, the small sink was in the same area as the bed, basically in front of the bed along the wall, with a computer chair so I found it small for us, it actually looked like a standard Queen room but they added a small sink, and a fiber glass divideder and put it in between the small couch and bed. I will make sure to pay attention to the room I selected. Other then that everything was good."

"I had read some very poor reviews of the owner and property so was a little worried. What a pleasant surprise. The owner was very nice and had some great ideas for our stay. He always tried to assist and was pleasant at all times. We had some great conversations. Not sure what people were complaining about. Great stay"
