"Whatever expectations I had were met and exceeded beyond my imagination. I really enjoyed my stay at the Park Royal resort in Penang. The staff is very warm and welcoming and so very helpful, especially Osman and Ali. The property is gorgeous and is very well kept. I definitely will come back to the Park Royal resort anytime I’m in Penang. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"My wife & I 💕 this hotel. The AI machine are fun. Nice bed. Good Breakfast. Nice seaview. Friendly Staffs. First day check in, my wife spotted a lizard on the ceiling and call Housekeeper to catch it and they really did it. "

"Enjoyed my stay at Le Dream. It is close to good food options like Kimberley Street night food market and Chowrasta market. Prangin Mall is only a two minute walk away for shopping. Komtar bus terminal is very close for Rapid Penang Bus. Walking distance to most all the sights to see in old George Town. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Rooms have comfortable firm beds and are clean. Shower and bathroom are very good. Safe is available in room to store valuables. Has a mini fridge...

"Room i choose was excellent, hotel restaurant staffs were very professional. And surprisingly there's a beautiful front desk staff that can speak my language too. Anyway no need to think if i go to Penang again, this is the only one hotel i would stay."

"Nice location - All famous restaurants are in walking distance. However, the room , especially the bedroom, was having moldy smell, even we turned the aircon on. The smell should come from the pillows or the mattress."
