"Room was clean and comfortable! Customer service was friendly and helpful! Location is excellent! The free CAT bus is across the street and 5 minutes away from the Red Garden Food Hall and Blue Mansion. Perfect place to call home!"

"From check in, the front staff were great, attentive, offered a drink and cold towel. After minutes of entering room, they called to check if everything was good. Car lift attendant both were great in helping first timer and do say thank you to both. Finally, Harun , the attendant on my 1906 floor was superb in helping me fill the bottle water when he saw me and greeted us whenever he saw us. Pleasant stay. I will return"

"we are at the corner of the pool access, still can hear lifeguard chit chatting very loudly to spoil the peace. F&B staff from the lobby lounge and breakfast area tends to chat too much and not noticing guest."

"Two comments : Air conditioning at room 3405, was bit too cold. Despite changing many times (incl hotel technicians) it keeps at below 23. Normally, 23 is fine but it felt much lower than 23. Stayed 5 nights and the breakfast menu was the same. Would be nice if can alter a bit. But overall, The Millen is my choice to go and I’ll be back the next time. "

During checked-in i was told that include breakfast but our room was not in the list at the restaurant. - Very near to Kayu Original Nasi Kandar (walking distance). - Room is very big, spacious and clean. Suitable for family of 5 with children. Exceed my expectation. "
