"Atmosphere is amazing!! Your shoes will be stored at the locker at the lobby, going around the tatami floor of the entire building makes me feels like at home. Room and areas through out the hotel is clean and nice. Onsen is top notch. Also a free late night Ramen per night of stays was delicious. However, laundry (drying machine) instruction in english is not correct, plus most front desk personnel does not understand english, which created a bit of a run around to get things right. "

"This hotel opened in December 2024, so it's new and clean. Buffet breakfast is free and you can eat it there or take it to your room in a bento-box. Also, there is a coffee machine near the reception, which is free and available 24/7. "
