"We love our stay at this hotel. Location was excellent. Room size and breakfast were the best among all places we stayed in Japan. The front desk provided anything you may need: amenities and travel advice. Entrance was a little weird because you access the hotel through a shopping mall but once you reach the floor where front desk is located you are in a wonderful place with beautiful views of senso-ji and skytree. There is a RICHMOND HOTEL across the street that may make you feel confused,...

"Good hotel, soooo close to Shinjuku and all the shopping and food. My only feedback is that the hotel is a little boring and dated, the bathrooms need an uplift. The hotel charged us an extra $35 a person per day (I think) so make sure you update the booking if it’s for two people not just 1 for a room. "
