"Beyond amazing, we loved it so much!"

"We absolutely loved our two nights at the Alander, Jason, Reid, and Presley were amazing and kind and we absolutely encourage anyone thinking to stay here to do so!"

"My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. "

"Beautiful building. Glad to see it repurposed."

"The property is set in a small quaint area overlooking the river. The hotel and additional buildings are really pretty and our room was huge and comfortable for three people. The staff were attentive, the beds were comfortable, and the shower hot. We were going to a show at the Basilica Hudson so although it was a short stay, it was wonderful and would highly recommend. We didn’t partake in the restaurant, live music or breakfast, but all seemed to be a great addition."

"The whole hotel had no hot water the entire time I was there. Everything else was fine. Floors could have been cleaner but that's about it. We were the closest door to the exit and every other guest was slamming their doors when they were coming and going. It was so annoying."

"Perhaps the worst place I've ever stayed. I also think it serves as an SRO based on observation as a social services employee (identifying official lanyard) and her detainee were on the elevator with me. Cons: We were sent to the room and it was clearly not cleaned (towels on the floor, messy beds etc.) New room they sent us to (room 312) the batteries were missing from the remote. The TV actually didn't work as the room didn't have a cable box. The microwave didn't work. Internet didn't work...

"Expedia got us a better price than calling the hotel ahead of time. Thank you!!"

"Wm. Farmer is a collection of renovated buildings close to the Hudson River waterfront, the main building with a restaurant & bar, plus other buildings with additional rooms and common areas. Breakfast options are limited for early risers (before 8am), there's a coffee shop in the train station a few blocks away. A coffee maker is provided in the rooms. The next street over has some restaurants and small grocers."

"The property has everything you need. From carefully thought out kitchen supplies to the clean bathroom and outdoor space. We truly enjoyed our stay. It’s also very private."

"Clean room, business friendly, quiet, local & has lots of corner stores near by. Overall very nice area and stay."

"The property is in disrepair. Our door did not have a safety latch where you could lock it from the inside. The continental breakfast is a real joke. Just count on some hot coffee and a few packages of snack items. We did have a good night of sleep so that saved the day."

"Super dirty, smell bad"
