"Firstly I would like to say communication with the staff is extremely difficult. Constantly having to call multiple times to get to someone. For example, the code given for room wasn’t correct and communication took forever. There was no toiletries whatsoever and since communication was so hard it forced us to buy our own paper towels, towels, rags, etc. The property was nice but it was clear no housekeeping had been in there before we came. The nature was probably the only thing that made up...

"This place is definitely dated but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Chose to stay here when riding into tue area on the bike becasue of it had a detached restaurant/bar which makes dinner easier. Food was ok and bar was cool."

"I always have a great time at this property, it's so scenic. Each room has a microwave and fridge which comes in handy as does the little table to sit at. The tv is a flat screen with a couple of hundred channels for night time. There's a little stream in the back if you care to sit back there. It's an older property, but you get the most bang for your buck here and of course it's very clean."

"We got there earlier than what time we were expected. We knew that and we were not trying to get in the room. My husband needed to use the restroom and mistakenly told the owner we are checking in. The owner was scolding us making it clear that she spoke to me that it would be ready at 2pm earliest would be 130pm. We did not deserve the way she spoke to us. We are both professionals and that we were never spoken that way at any hotel or bed and breakfast ."

"Clean room with nice couch plus kitchenette. Enjoyed setting on patio. Great location, easy walk into town with several restaurants."

"Very nostalgic and quaint Catskills motel. Very clean. Old style furniture was in excellent condition. Did not hear any noise from the adjoining rooms. Enjoyed the porch with chairs in the evenings. 2 miles from downtown Windham which had at least a half dozen restaurant/bars, a brewery, and other eating establishments (Subway,pizza, etc.)"

"Staff/owners are good people, the rooms are small but clean, the setting along the river surrounded by the Catskills is lovely. Nice rear porch, outdoor fire rings-- a real folksy vibe. Close to Hunter Mtn."

"Cozy and clean space. Keurig with plenty of pods and creamer for the guests. Comfortable sofas and an electric fireplace. Ski rental shop 3 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Only open seasonally. They closed Sept. 6th. Had a booking for Oct. Not sure whybit let us book but they were not open and we had to scramble to find a playlce to stay in an area that was very booked up. "
