"We had high expectations for this hotel, as it carries the Marriott name. The king room suites were very spacious. But the bathroom was unacceptably small. We were also given a room with two queens for one night, but the king is much, much nicer. There is coffee in the rooms, which is acceptable. There is no complimentary breakfast, which is a surprising disappointment. And, an average breakfast was available to purchase, but was too expensive, and not worth it. The bathrooms in the lobby are a mile away from the front desk. And, there were never any luggage carts available. There is a parking garage with very nice pay-to-park parking and a short walk. But they did validate our parking, which we appreciated. However, the other guests at the hotel during our stay were of a very low-class type of person. And, we found that this said a lot about the hotel. All in all, this was an affordable choice for us, as we were just passing through Utica. We ate at Demarco’s Italian Steakhouse, and it was very nice."

"Bar and restaurant was closed. And my room was dusty.. lamps had a coating of dust on them and the safe didnt work. Staff wasnt helpful at all"

"Upon arrival the front desk man was not welcoming, he was dismissive and pushy. I simply explained to him I had never experienced that and verbalized feeling he was coming off aggressive. I got my room key and just didn’t talk to any one there until check out. I was put in a room right next to the loud ice machine and so much random noises. The fridge in my room also barely worked and the microwave was dirty. I saw dog hair on the shower walls. And my tub looked very worn and permanent stained."

"Great time, the only real issue was a leaky sink and the Expedia site other than that staff was awesome, restaurant was great, food was excellent, and amenities were good. Definitely would stay again and recommend staying in a cabin here!"

"I left a mouthguard on the night stand. I know where I left it. I called that night, desk person seemed too busy, said she would call me. Never did. I called back-nothing. Oh yeah, there was no hot water for the morning shower. When I called the desk, they were not supervised. At night there were some relatively scuzzy folks at some evening parties. Never again."
