"Beds are ridiculously comfortable!! We enjoyed our stay however, the door we used to access our room from the parking lot was broken and we had to walk pretty far in order to get to our room every time. Front desk lady didn’t seem to care. She apologized but it stayed broken all weekend so that was an little irritating. A different front desk lady didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in the lobby, felt kind of rude to be honest. But other than that, we enjoyed our weekend at Spark."

"Very clean and new; We loved the shower, the comfy beds and the Gym. Breakfast was very good value and variety of options. The hotels seems to be renovated and clean. Location of the property was very good, very close to restaurant and superstore. And 6 minutes form the aquarium that we were headed the next day."

"We booked this place for college graduation weekend at nearby Potsdam. Everything closer to Potsdam was already booked and priced astronomically. We booked in December for May, so well in advance. Exactly 1 week before check-in day I received a phone call from the hotel letting me know that the kitchen was undergoing a renovation and only continental breakfast was served. Bummer, because we were counting on included hot breakfast. No discount was offered, I was actually told that I could cancel...

"I have never felt so spoiled by a B and B. There was a ton of food in the room, place the property is just gorgeous. Great view! Just a fun place to stay… would come again with my kids."

"Great for place to sleep and workout great for us, but there isn’t anything walkable if you are hoping to go out. A plus was that there was EV charging at the school next door. "

"Beautiful Rooms, no issues with Room at all. The room is Large, very large. Breakfast was amazing, you dont order, so you get what they are having in the main Dining room. We had French Toast, sausage and fruit. It was a lot to eat. I am not a huge fan of French Toast, but I was that day, it was excellent. The berries and fruits were plentiful on plate and fresh, and the link sausage was perfect. Overall an excellent experience. Would do again."

"Rented two rooms both bathroom needed to be cleaned. I requested that they get clean before we come back. Someone did go in a wipe them down but it was not great."
