"Beautiful building. Glad to see it repurposed."

"The property is set in a small quaint area overlooking the river. The hotel and additional buildings are really pretty and our room was huge and comfortable for three people. The staff were attentive, the beds were comfortable, and the shower hot. We were going to a show at the Basilica Hudson so although it was a short stay, it was wonderful and would highly recommend. We didn’t partake in the restaurant, live music or breakfast, but all seemed to be a great addition."

"The whole hotel had no hot water the entire time I was there. Everything else was fine. Floors could have been cleaner but that's about it. We were the closest door to the exit and every other guest was slamming their doors when they were coming and going. It was so annoying."

"Wm. Farmer is a collection of renovated buildings close to the Hudson River waterfront, the main building with a restaurant & bar, plus other buildings with additional rooms and common areas. Breakfast options are limited for early risers (before 8am), there's a coffee shop in the train station a few blocks away. A coffee maker is provided in the rooms. The next street over has some restaurants and small grocers."

"The property has everything you need. From carefully thought out kitchen supplies to the clean bathroom and outdoor space. We truly enjoyed our stay. It’s also very private."

"Clean room, business friendly, quiet, local & has lots of corner stores near by. Overall very nice area and stay."

"The property is in disrepair. Our door did not have a safety latch where you could lock it from the inside. The continental breakfast is a real joke. Just count on some hot coffee and a few packages of snack items. We did have a good night of sleep so that saved the day."

"Super dirty, smell bad"

"Clean room no problem with parking close to everything."

"Clean and affordable"

"It would be hard to find a better motel, especially at such a reasonable price! The owners are so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are cleaned impeccably every day. Air conditioning works well. Beds are comfortable and very clean. There’s a decent amount of space in the room. The microwave, and especially the regular sized fridge and freezer, are a huge plus. Parking is convenient. It is very quiet and safe at this motel. You truly can’t find a better value! I have stayed multiple...
