"Receptionist was friendly and quick to get us into our room. Breakfast was basic & minimal but enough to get us on the road. "

"I enjoyed my stay and the room and bathroom was very nice, but the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the room had an unplugged lamp, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, also there was no housekeeping available to clean the room and no do not disturb signs, also I didn’t know where to get extra towels and shower pads, I also didn’t feel safe with all of the people loitering around the parking lot and in the lobby…I wouldn’t bring my teenage daughter there with me."

"My wife and I stayed here for six nights, and chose the suite for a little extra room. The staff was very friendly. The property is in good condition overall; just a few “frays” at the edges. Our room was quite nice, with a beautiful window seat/book nook overlooking I-86 and the mountains and downtown. The hotel was a little noisy. Loud TVs in nearby rooms, for example. "Historic octagon grand house with common gathering areas spacious rooms and dining area options. Hosts Simon and Miranda are welcoming and attentive. Close to a quaint pub next door, Black Sheep Inn is also only 1.5 miles from Lake Keuka and downtown. Made from scratch breakfast options are vegan. Highly recommend!"

"Floor around toilet spongy, no 3 way lightbulbs, entire seating area needs to move towards kitchen because lamp in corner is inaccessible and square end table sticks into traffic. I'll probably rent again if this review doesn't get me banned."
