"Great hotel, stayed here before when we go to watch the cricket. Handy having the restaurant but we were too late to use it, getting back at 21.40 after the Hundreds game. Very spacious room, with very comfy bed."

"Lovely b and b. Friendly staff. Only things that would of been even better: Kitchen open for dinner, although i guess its because its not busy at all. "This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new...

"Hotel is dated and a bit tired but not to the extent of some of the reviews. We had a very comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly. They went out of their way to help. Very reasonable prices!"
