"The Dar el Jeld is like visiting a fancy aunt's house. My Tunisian friend pointed out the vessels that her grandmother would have used to make rose water or store couscous and I noticed the inclusion of local plants (jasmine, prickly pear) in the decor. "We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family, including my parents who are in their late 70s. A huge shoutout to the amazing staff—especially Yasmine! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. Everyone was kind, patient, and always greeted us with a smile.
