"This property is more of a basic guesthouse than a full hotel. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but the “breakfast included” was very limited. You’re asked to pre‑order the night before, and the offering is just one coffee, one drink, and one filled croissant — fresh and tasty, but quite minimal. For the price we paid (around 120 CAD), I don’t feel the value was there, and you can find better options at this price point."

"The hotel is a jewel, just steps from Piazza Vanucci. There are two terrasses on upper floors, as well as a beautiful lounge where you can relax and read. The staff was very helpful, from recommending restaurants to arranging taxi service back to the parking garage at the end of our stay.
The hotel is inside the walls of the historic centre and within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. However, parking inside the centre is reserved for local residents...

"Reconozco que dudé al reservar en el Chocohotel por pensar que era una "tourist trap". Todo lo contrario. La temática de chocolate es genial. TODO tiene que ver con el chocolate, sin ser incómodo. Excelente atención del personal, habitación limpia y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno el la Isola dei Golosi es una pasada de chocolate: jarabes, panes, cereales, fuentes, galletas... el concepto de "demasiado" chocolate, no existe."
