"They cleanliness, was a little questionable, there was a small piece of a tampon wrapper and hair on one of the towels. The hot showers were disappointing to say the least. The water heaters are very small and the temperature is not turned up very high."

"Everything was great:)"

"The property was much smaller than we had expected."

"This is a great place to stay. We were amazed on what we were offered . Everything is very new. They have a fancy microwave that has a build in air fryer and convection oven. For staying at a cabin this is by far luxury. Free laundry was very convenient as Hanksvie is just sooooo small of a town there isn't much around. One tiny market, two gas stations and two restaurants and that's it. Property employees are extremely nice and welcoming. All around a great place to stay"

"The Riv was a beautiful, quiet spot with great views. I could tell everything in the space was well thought through and intentional. We split our time at Zion between the Riv and another hotel closer to Springdale and I found myself missing the private setting of the Riv. Their customer service is wonderful and Melissa was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the Riv!"

"We loved staying at this unique property. The unit was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. The entire property is what really made this vacation rental stand out. They created a courtyard area in the center of this small gated community with things like a large table, BBQ grill, chairs and a fire pit. This space gave guests an area to meet each other and talk about their Moab adventures of the day. It fostered a sense of community with our fellow travelers even if it was for just...

"There are several options when staying in Hanksville, but we love Duke's. The cabins are roomy and very clean, plus you can walk to their restaurant. The food is spectacular, and it's nice and quiet at night. I particularly like the pull through parking, as we always haul our SXS to ride in Hanksville. It's great to not have to back the trailer when leaving. We brought friends along this trip and they want to come back again."

"Everything is beautiful, and even the restrooms are clean and well-maintained. The place is lovely, and you can really tell they take good care of everything. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!"

"Sauber und nett."

"Very nice cabin better than I expected "
