"The staff was wonderful here! The waiters were all very nice at the restaurant and they let us have a late checkout when we had an evening bus, which was very helpful. The pool is gorgeous and the hotel is a short walk to the beach."

"The Hotel is simply 10 out of 10, Great Location, Fantastic restaurant in the Hotel, The Staff, The Management simply can’t do enough for you, That are so friendly and warm well as welcoming.. The rooms are big and very clean and modern, It has a nice Spa and a swimming pool. I have been staying here for the last 7 years and I can never get enough of this place just superb. Special mention to Ekaterina who’s the front desk manager, She’s great 👏😊"

"Now this hotel was simply awesome for families and also for friends to get away. I loved the option of the different swimming pools, the inside pool, the spa all the amenities the room was just to die for I didn’t make it to the beach, but it’s a great location to come Breakfast was state-of-the-art never ate so much good breakfast in my life. It was very delicious."

"the hotel was amazing and I didn’t expect it to be this good. It was an amazing experience, I really liked it and the buffet food was so delicious and the restaurant team the way they worked was very good and the manager or supervisor the woman, a very hard worker I’ve never seen her like that the one that wore black and white stripes and black leggings I’ve never seen a woman work and manage like this before. I liked everything in the hotel and it was very close to golden sands beach just 8-10...

"It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant...
