"The room was old fashion and small but essential and clean, I got everything I needed, a fridge, lcd tv and the enclosed bathroom. Pretty quiet too. Reasonably central (10 mins walk to Perth Central Station and the street malls). Served by several buses. Frances the landlady is very nice and helpful. I was meant to check out at 9.30 am but for a honest fee she let me stay till 8 pm (I had an 11 pm flight). I highly recommend this accomodation"

"Clean and well presented. Good size under counter fridge that kept everything cold. Very comfy bed and no noise or disruption overnight. If staying Sunday, street parking is free till 8am monday, otherwise its limited to 2 hours at $12 book parking with hotel. If the hotel are looking to upgrade a fridge with Ice box and milk frother would be fab addition but definitely didnt spoil our stay. Would book again."

"パース滞在中に188 Apartmentsに9泊しました。 パース駅から近く、周辺にはレストランやカフェ、スーパーがそろっていてとても便利な立地です。さらに、Blue Catバスの停留所も徒歩2ブロック先にあり、移動もスムーズでした。 フロントは常設されていませんが、到着時にWhatsAppで連絡するとスタッフの方がすぐに来て対応してくれました。 予約はスタンダードルームでしたが、実際に案内されたのは裏通りのWashing Stにあるスイートタイプの部屋で、嬉しいアップグレードでした。 リビングやキッチン、ベッドルームはいずれも広く、大きなソファもあって快適に滞在できました。賑やかな通りから一本入った場所にあるため、思っていたより静かだったのも良かったです。 掃除は週1回のみだったので、部屋に掃除機やドライモップがあるとさらに便利だと感じましたが、全体的にはとても居心地の良いアパートメントで、快適に過ごせました。"
