"Lots of space in old town area. Not sure why but the ventilation in the bathroom and drains was poor and there was a smell that would not leave"

"Unfortunately room 618 is quite small. The refrigerator did not work. No air conditioner was available even though the temperature was warm. Hotel staff informed that winter rules applied for April. We had to open the windows and the street noise, including the train noise could be heard. We are regular customers of NH Hotels and this experience was extremely dissapointing. "

"The hotel itself is very nice. Decoration is a bit antique, classic Roman style. However, the site says it has an elevator and that is not the case. There is no elevator in either building. The main building only has a wheelchair rail. The room had a very nice view. Bed was comfortable and pillows are ok. The tub is very small and we found hairs in our towels The location is great. 5 min walk from the main square. The Parking garage that they have the discount with is also 3 mins from...

"Las camas son cómodas. No hay aire acondicionado, porque normalmente no hace calor por las noches. Pero con esta ola de calor nos facilitaron un ventilador. Los dueños muy amables y atentos. Puedes desayunar en el alojamiento, previo aviso. Hay un bar en el pueblo para desayunar y comer, pero no para cenar. Para cenar debes ir a Mendoza, un pueblo cercano. O puedes llevar comida y tomarla en el comedor."
