"My husband and I stayed overnight during our leaf peeping trip. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated as we were up before 4 AM to make the drive to the area. Front desk was very helpful, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good. Hot foods such as waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, and breakfast potatoes were very good. I enjoyed the breakfast and its many selections. I would recommend choosing this hotel."

"This is a good place to stay, but JR, who I expected to be a character, reading other reviews, made checking in very difficult. He insists on doing everything online with the apps that he sends you. I couldn't figure out the app and so had not accommodated him by the time I arrived. Therefore, it took 20 minutes to check in. When he said, "this isn't difficult", I laughed and said that this is the most difficult check-in I have had on my trip. He gas-lit me, making as if it was my fault. This...

"I'll never use Expedia again, No way to contact them with a problem."

"Gorgeous place. Excellent service"

"Elevator advertised however staff refused to operate elevator for me even though they knew I am handicapped. I asked for a room on a lower floor and they refused. Mattress and box spring placed on floor. Staff entered room to snoop each time I left, they even left the door unlocked. Staff did not inform me of UPS package pickup so they could keep items after I checked out. Infested with Bed Bugs. Someone from the staff followed me around town on my errands. Police told me it was condemned...

"Nice, quiet place to stay. Tastefully decorated, we were very comfortable throughout our trip. We enjoyed being a short drive from family."

"The hotel was older but it was nicer than I expected. Check-in was a breeze and the fitness room was nice. One of the better sleeps I’ve had on this trip. An additional $100 hold was placed on my card, I guess in case of damages but it was refunded the same day I checked out. I’m going to stay here again in my way back home."

"The only complaint was the room was very warm even with windows open. But what a beautiful place!"
