"The best hotel we’ve stayed at around the Warwickshire/ Worcestershire area. We were upgraded to a beautiful room as the receptionist found out it was our wedding anniversary. All of the staff were lovely, the room was clean, shower and bathroom were perfect. We also had a bath in the corner of our room which we loved! Bed was comfortable and we had plenty of towels. "The hotel was lovely, and i enjoyed a lovely evening sitting outside on the patio. The only downside for me was what i witnessed whilst i sat in foyer area waiting fir my room to be prepared. There was a man( member of staff), who was cleaning, but he was walking out of rooms, through Foyer area , with dirty bed linen, propped on his shoulders, not even in a laundry bag. He did 4times more carrying the dirty sheets in the same manner, i thought it was u professional, undignified, least of all,...

"Enjoyed our stay especially the pool which we used every day,nice and warm which you can’t always say for hotel pools.Convenient bus stop outside the hotel which we used to go into Stratford,Warwick and leamington spa so never used the car for the four days of our stay. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant on the Saturday evening.Staff were very friendly and helpful."
