The shuttle took 40 minutes which was disappointing because I booked the hotel since it's like a 10 minute drive from the airport because I knew we were getting off a long flight and didn't want to have another long wait. Make sure to call from the courtesy phone or your phone. They said it was long due to shift change and getting gas but maybe they should plan to get gas at another time other than shift change. Shuttle was full. "
