"Well located next door to the train station/Stonehenge tourbus stop and easy and safe walk to everything in Salisbury including enterprise rent a car, which was nice for driving to Dartmoor National Park. Plenty of space for family to spread out in the 2BR unit with plenty of seating in living room. Lovely place, well appointed, and good value for money. I highly recommend."

"Breakfast buffet is quite limited but adequate. Toast, jam, assorted fruits, sausage, bacon, eggs, beans and hash browns. Scrambled eggs would have been better.
Room was quite large but old. Peeling paint on the baseboard, old granny wallpaper and a bathroom from 1980. The toilet won't flush without a lot of extra effort.
Air conditioner would have been appreciated. It was 81 degrees (27) and stifling in the room. This hotel needs updating desperately.

"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. "Second time staying at The Old House visiting nearby family and attractions. We will return as comfortable clean accomodation and really good walk in shower with taps outside the shower which is great. Staff very friendly and helpful .
