"This hotel is in a very busy, commercial area, which isn't horrible but can be very noisy at times. The Underground is right around the corner which is great. There are a ton of fast food restaurants and a couple very nice restaurants. As far as the hotel itself.... The staff is extremely helpful!! I mean that, they are great. Unfortunately, the hotel is lacking in many areas. We booked online they Expedia and was sent email letting me know that I could inquire about a free upgrade.... When we arrived, I inquired, and was told I was supposed to do that they Expedia. No such a great start. We got to our room which was tiny...I mean tiny and hot. They came to look into the air conditioning and we decided to just upgrade. Back down the stairs and we did the upgrade. I asked them to make sure the air conditioner worked before we moved ourstuff, I was told they would definitely check. . "

"Very clean and renovated hotel at an excellent location. The staff was very friendly. Very spatious room. The rooms could use some renovation, especially the closets."

"Although there was WiFi, connectivity was so poor (both using & not using the WiFi), that I’d try a different hotel at Terminal 4 rather than going to this one again. While the breakfast bar was great, one of the lights in the bathroom flickered like a strobe light and there were problems with both the soap dispenser by the sink and the one in the shower."

"For the price the room is exactly as expected it was clean but small. Very good for a single traveller or a couple with not too many clothes (perhaps a weeks worth or less). Would recommend for people who want to be near landmarks and are only using the hotel to sleep!"

"Room isn’t designed for women. Plugs are no where near mirrors and bathroom space is very limited. The elevator was out for 3 days and the escalator was shut down for a day. Bathroom Fan didn’t work and no one came to fix it after we inquired. Bare bone room."
