"Out side of the building was in good condition, but the room necessity were malfunctions such as hair dryer and tv. Also the room did not provide enough bath towels and no soap, shampoo. Additional the hallway had a lot of dirty bath towel outside bedroom door that no one collect it."
"Planned three-week stay (business trip) – the hotel’s website stated that the pool was undergoing renovations but would be open by the end of February; the hotel advertised a fitness center and laundry facilities – reality: March 24: pool—closed, fitness center—closed, laundry room—dryer not working, clothes from the washing machine not washed. A flyer in the room states that cleaning/towel replacement takes place at least every three days—reality: the first room cleaning didn’t happen until a week into the stay after three requests to the front desk, and the second cleaning again only after a request to the front desk. Unwilling staff referred me to the “manager,” who, however, was not present in the morning or afternoon. "
"Reserved a room with 2 beds and requested ground floor. None available offered 3rd floor close to either elevator or stairs. Requested elevator as I have mobility issues. The room assigned was next door to loud construction which we were told would continue until 6.30pm...on a Sunday evening. Requested another room but no options were acceptable. Either one queen bed or no elevator. The parking lot was almost empty at this time. The front desk associate was polite but kept calling me my dear, my love, and my lovely, which I found unprofessional and offensive. We decided to stay where we were. Our room had no bedside table lamps, only bright spotlights over the bed, no sink stopper, a leaky faucet and the most filthy ironing board cover I have ever seen. A very unpleasant experience. "
"The room was okay but there was crazy amount of rust and mildew in the shower that needed better cleaning the set up was nice just would preferred attention to detail"
