"Staff was the highlight of the stay - super friendly and helpful. Room is dated already, not much amenity (had to ask for hair dryer every time needed to use). Same chain as Boxo so sometimes Boxo guests sneaked in and used the pool which was not very nice. An ok stay, bit less quality than the price paid"

"The hotel was kept in excellent condition; my room was cleaned & towels were changed daily. The rooftop bar & pool were also maintained in tiptop shape. All of the staff were smiling, helpful & professional; with special mention of Robert (manager), Fridah, Joseph & Nassir (reception), Rashid (marketing), Jane & Sharleen (waitresses) & Tina (head cleaner). "La chambre était assez propre mais le personnel de l’accueil et certains serveurs des restaurants étaient désagréables, il faut bien noter que la chambre doit être libérée avant 10h mon avion retour était prévu le soir et lorsque j’ai demandé un check out tardif moyennant un supplément ça m’a été refusé !!!"
