"Thought for a newer looking hotel it would be cleaner. Floors were dirty. And the shower base was higher than the floor so bathroom flooded during shower. Could only use the hand held sprayer as the wall one was very clogged. We didn’t need an accessible room just got it because it was what was left, but had we needed it would have been really hard to mop up the floor. When we did let staff know they seemed to take in the information and to pass onto maintenance. "
