"We were a half hour early and no room rooms were ready. Then when I went to my room that was ready they hadn’t cleaned the TV. There was fingerprints all over it. It just really wasn’t that clean when I looked at the kitchen net that apparently I had the forks and knives were dirty not that I was going to use it, but just not the point. The sheets looked like they really weren’t cleaned properly. They probably could’ve used another clean. I slept mostly on top of things versus underneath things after I saw my parents room. The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom was horrible. It had mold around the shower area. The floor of the shower wasn’t clean properly. I always bring bleach wipe so I had my mom bleach everything that they touched, including the toilet and the sink and the door knobs and I did the same thing. Of course no one walks around barefoot in the room just because they never clean properly. Overall, I give this a three if that out of five I did have to call on Saturday evening downstairs because somebody in a different room was having a fight and throwing stuff against the wall and screaming, which woke me up out of a dead sleep, which was crazy. But they did take care of that right away. If I have to say anything, maybe after they do their renovations, it’ll be much better but overall it is Pottstown Pennsylvania, which was not a very big town didn’t have a Starbucks didn’t have a Dunkin’ Donuts didn’t have hardly anything just a diner for coffee so a little crazy."

"Didn’t like the staff had to change rooms because it smelled like an old smoky place. Ugly building. Rating needs to come down. I would have gladly paid more for a better hotel. This is a lower tier hotel "

"Room was clean but furniture, color scheme, blinds, etc are outdated. Pull out sofa was NOT comfy at all. Bed was very firm and lumpy. Pools and hot tubs were amazing. Food was amazing. Just gotta take care of the carpenter bee problem but once the sun goes down the bees go away and it’s enjoyable outside again. Staff was super friendly. Lovely to chat with. Super friendly to my kiddo."

"It was a nice vibe in the area I think they should have some lap blankets so we can sit outside maybe a fire pit or hot tub and privet walls. The inside was nice the 2 things I didn't like was the limit on the HVAC the room was cold witch made the bathroom floors colder and you can hear people from other rooms"

"It was really sketchy feeling when people living there are roaming the halls and making interesting noises in the night. Seemed like a halfway house hotel. Not going to lie! I walked into my room when I first got there and there was a nasty smell in the room which did not go away the entire stay. I decided to room with my friend at her hotel bc of how creepy it felt. Not a recommendation for anyone to go there. I did not feel comfortable! The breakfast sucked too and was completely under done! Grosssss "
