"This hotel is in a great location. The staff was great and the rooms were clean. Thisnplace oa bare bones on amenities, only really offering a pool. No gym. No breakfast. No Irons or dressers in the room. Although it has a few small shelves and a mini fridge. "

Car parking was very expensive it should be cheaper for guests. Overall hotel 3 stars. First day stuff was not friendly. Third day lady he help us check out gets 5 star they way she handle l"

"The hotel staff was hit or miss for friendliness. Some were borderline snobby. The room was clean, but no coffee or bedding for pull out. I had to call for them. Later a woman with a clipboard knocked on the door asking me if I ordered room service. I said no, she handed me a card and said I can tip for room service and gave me a code to scan. Maybe bringing me what they neglected to bring is considered “room service”?! Front desk guy said it’s common practice for them to go door to door...

We were pretty disappointed with the pool though. Due to the design of the property, the main tower of the hotel blocked sun nearly altogether by midafternoon (2:30-ish at the time of year I visited). "We were there for a large cheer competition and they handled the large amount of people well. I was a bit irritated as I booked through Expedia and they gave me a double room instead of a queen room like I wasn’t going to notice. I’ve noticed many hotels try to give you bad rooms when you book through a third party. They did correct it though when I brought it to their attention. "
